Everett Gateway Center is located in Everett, WA, adjacent to Everett Memorial Stadium, home of the Everett Aquasox minor league baseball club. It is already home to well known tenants such as Western Washington Medical Group, Healthforce Partners, Cascade Rehabilitation, Desert Sun, Eye Doctors, LTD, Gamut360, Holdings, LLC, Mountain Pacific Bank, IHOP Restaurant, Allied Cash Advance, Spectrum, OGC, and Subway. Everett Gateway Center opened winter of 2006.
